Agricultural Wearing Parts

Taka agricultural wearing parts include plow shears, disc blades with both plain and notched edges, cultivator shovels and sweeps, chisel tips, etc. All made of special steels resistant to abrasion and impact. such parts are made by forging process then hardened in the cutting and forming tempering furnace where parts are heated up to the required temperature and passed through the oil bath . After this they pass through the machining and painting lines. The tempering furnace at TAKA factory is unique, and with the automatic controls the hardening job on the wearing parts is done with high standards.

Production capacity is high enough to supply the demand of other manufacturers besides proving spare parts to the framers all over the country.
